Our Return Policy
You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some items have special considerations (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Dried Camping Food (opened or unopened)
- Camping Toiletries (personal hygiene items)
- Emergency Survival Shelters (if packaging has been opened)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:
- Repackage items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Securely seal the package – we recommend using the original shipping box

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email which item you’d like as an exchange
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement
